Wilbur Cross High School is the largest public high school in New Haven, Connecticut. P.T.S.A. stands for Parent Teacher Student Association. We are a coalition of parents, teachers, students, and administrators who have rallied together to support this incredible school! Our goals are to build community, advocate for the school, and raise money to help fund classroom and extracurricular activities.
Principal Matt Brown -- who was named an "Outstanding High School Educator of the Year" in 2024 -- comes to all of our monthly meetings. You should too! This is your chance to talk with him and be involved in our school community.
Our culinary teacher, Chef Nathanial Bradshaw, personifies the excellence of our staff. He is tirelessly devoted to his students. This year, his “Culinary Management Program” won a national title!
Our students are the lifeblood of our community; their tenacity, spirit, and resilience inspire us all.
Parents and guardians are the backbone of the Wilbur Cross PTSA. We are dedicated to fundraising and rallying support, across the city, so that our teachers have everything they need – both inside and outside the classroom. Here are our current officers:
